Terms for the Harrogate Sulphur Soap Malaysia Dropship track. Version dropship-2026-10.
These terms are between you (“Partner”) and Bytema International Sdn. Bhd. (“Bytema”, “we”), exclusive distributor of The Harrogate Sulphur Soap Company products in Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia and Singapore. By applying for or continuing on the Dropship track, you accept these terms.
1. Role
Dropship Partners promote Harrogate products and refer customers to our online store. We fulfil and ship orders. You do not buy trade stock on this track. You earn commission on qualifying referred sales.
2. Enrolment
Dropship applications are approved automatically when valid. You must complete the marketing claims briefing before your referral link is active. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or applicable law.
3. Commission
Commission is calculated on qualifying referred orders as stated on the Partner Programme page (currently 20% of RRP on eligible lines, unless we publish a change). Commission is recorded when the order is paid, clears after the stated holding period (14 days after delivery unless we notify otherwise), and may be reversed for refunds, chargebacks or fraud.
4. Payouts
Cleared commission is paid in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) to the Malaysian bank account you save in your partner dashboard. You must keep bank name, account holder name and account number accurate and in your own name. We are not responsible for delays caused by wrong bank details. Minimum payout thresholds and schedules may be published in the dashboard; unpaid balances under threshold roll forward.
5. Marketing and claims
Harrogate products are notified cosmetics. You must use approved copy only. You must not claim that products treat, cure or prevent medical or skin conditions. The Marketing Claims Guide and live checker form part of these terms. Breaches may result in immediate suspension.
6. Brand and IP
Harrogate names, logos and creative remain Bytema / brand owner property. You may use approved assets only while you are an active Partner. You must not register confusing domain names, social handles or trademarks.
7. Customers and data
Customers who buy through our store are Bytema customers. You must not collect or store customer payment data. Personal data you handle (if any) must follow the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and our privacy policy.
8. Tax
You are responsible for your own tax affairs. We may request information needed for Malaysian reporting (including CP58 where applicable).
9. Termination
Either party may end the Dropship relationship on written notice. On termination your referral link stops, pending commission is handled under our ledger rules, and you must stop using brand assets. Serious breach may end the relationship immediately.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are published on this page with a new version code. Continued use of the programme after the effective date is acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction.
